Lauren & Harry| Hawthorne Country Club, Dartmouth, MA

I had met Lauren at a New Kids on the Block concert (don’t judge!) and little did I know a little over a year later, I would be photographing the most important day of her life! It was an honor because Lauren comes from a rather large Irish family (see BIG family photo below) and I knew this was definitely going to be the wedding of the summer! Lauren and Harry couldn’t have asked for a more perfect, early June wedding day and the Hawthorne Country Club provided the perfect backdrop. Surrounded by all their family and friends, they had a beautiful outdoor ceremony followed by awesome reception with enough 80’s and 90’s music to bring me back to the days of Aqua Net (the white can, extra-extra super hold) and stone-washed jeans!

Oh, and when a Bride opts for purple Converse sneakers instead of toe-numbing stilettos she gets double points in my “coolest bride ever” book! :)
