Maddie | Black Lab Puppy |Boston Public Gardens

I was SO excited to photograph Madison (aka Maddie) at the Boston Public Gardens a few weeks ago with her Dads. It was finally great weather (after what seemed like weeks of just rain) and all the beautiful flowers were in bloom. This was Maddie’s first visit and she was soaking up all the love and attention she was getting as we walked through the park. She was so full of energy and curiosity (what 14 week old puppy isn’t?!) that it made getting her attention a bit challenging. Lucky for me, I had a squeaky toy that would ‘sometimes’ get a quick look my way… but other than that, she was too excited to notice me and the big boring camera I kept raising to my face. Maddie had many admirers along the way that couldn’t resist giving her puppy hugs and kisses –hence the photo of her with all the ladies. She was loving it all! I was so happy to be able to capture her in this stage because as you know, puppy Labs don’t stay small for long. I can’t wait to see her grow into a beautiful, loyal companion.
